- We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced school marketing and business manager to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will work with the Head of School and the leadership team playing a pivotal role in promoting the school's brand within the country and abroad, enhancing tis visibility and implementing effective marketing and PR strategies to drive enrolment and community engagement
- The primary goal of this position is to help the school generate revenues and growth of the british school of Lome.
- Ensure consistency in the school's brand messaging across all communication channels
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold the school's image and reputation
- Plan and execute school events, open houses and promotional activities to attract prospective students and engage the community
- Develop and implement Marketing strategies
- Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote the school's programs, boarding, achievements and events
- Utilise various channels, including digital platforms, traditional media and community outreach to enhance the school's visibility
- Oversee the school's online presence, including the website and social media platforms
- Implement digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience and engage with current and prospective stakeholders
- Draft press releases, articles and other communications to showcase the school's achievements and activities
- Work closely with academic departments, admissions and administrative teams to gather information for effective communication and marketing materials
- Collaborate with alumni for promotional activities and engagement initiatives
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business (Marketing), Public Relations International Business or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, PR, or communications roles, preferably in the education sector
- Proficient in English, knowledge of French and other languages would be an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Budget creation in collaboration with the finance team
