- Ad trafficking: Set up, manage and deliver digital campaigns aimed at maximising ROI from subscription-driven campaigns by monitoring KPIs such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), ClickThrough Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) etc.
- Digital Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive ad strategy across different channels to achieve the subscription goals of the business.
- Social Media Management: Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn to drive engagement.
- Content Marketing: Provide a motion graphics designer or video editor with a monthly content calendar and timestamps from video content submitted by film producers to create relevant images, GIFs and videos (film trailers, ad videos etc) to attract and engage our target audience on social media and other channels.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance to executive management for decision making by leveraging on analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Appsflyer attribution analytics and insights from Meta Business Suite.
- 3+ years of digital marketing or performance marketing experience.
- Demonstrated track record in Ad trafficking and subscription-driven campaigns using Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Inapp traffic, SEO, SEM and PropellerAds.
- Experience in app install ads, Google and Appsflyer analytics.
- Proficiency in social media management, content marketing and digital strategy.
- Strong knowledge of the use of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Hubspot etc.
- Must be tech-savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in mVAS marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Digital marketing certification from Google, Meta, Hubspot etc will be an added advantage.
