- Develop the company’s medium-term strategic marketing plan and budgets, and oversee its successful implementation and execution
- Derive the sales function of the company’s business model by ensuring that each sales rep achieves his/her monthly target
- Ensure an exponential growth of sales levels in every quarter
- Lead the successful design and execution of all the company’s marketing and communications products, demonstrating robust insight and professional expertise for the long-term financial growth, sustainability, and impact of the company
- Lead in the production of dynamic content for the company’s online, offline, BTL, and ATL presence, ensuring that these appeal to existing and potential clients; and designing these to achieve maximum market share and help penetrate the market.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the marketing function of the company, driving and motivating the sales team to achieve the company’s strategic and operational objectives
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing from a recognised University
- At least 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a managerial capacity
- Strong ability to collaborate well with other departments to accomplish the targets.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to travel nationally
