- Develop frameworks and practices that strengthen trust, belonging, and relational repair
- Provide guidance on integrating relational well-being into policies and practices
- Partner with HR, Comms, and SSR to embed relational approaches in team culture and leadership development
- Support regions to sustain and adapt peer support networks
- Facilitate learning and skill development for staff support functions and facilitators
- Promote informal practices that sustain connection and community
- Provide technical input into crisis response where relational repair is needed
- Support healing processes following organizational ruptures or change
- Collaborate with leaders to address issues of trust and institutional betrayal
- Document and share lessons from relational care practices
- Contribute to communities of practice on relational well-being and trust-building
- Support research and innovation in relational and peer-based systems
- Self-directed learning to maintain currency on industry trends, research, practices and key actors in training, communications, and staff well-being.
- Collaborate with Specialists in Change, Work Design, and Mental Health on integrated approaches
- Partner with Risk and Emergency teams to align relational systems with resilience strategies
- Advanced education in psychology, sociology, organizational development, or related field
- Advanced training in facilitation, conflict resolution, or restorative justice an advantage
- Professional certification in counseling, coaching or mental health first aid desirable
- Minimum 7 years' experience in psychosocial support, organizational psychology, or humanitarian staff care
- Expertise in relational practices, trust-building, or staff support systems
- Experience facilitating healing, conflict resolution, or restorative practices in complex organizations
- Proven cross-cultural experience in INGOs or comparable international organizations
- Fluency in English, fluency in additional languages considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of humanitarian contexts, cultural dynamics, and staff care challenges and practices.
- Familiarity with moral injury, institutional betrayal, and organizational healing.
- Skilled facilitation to create safe and inclusive dialogue spaces.
- Multilingual capacity strongly preferred.
- Proven advising capabilities with the ability to influence widely across a diverse international organisation.
- Skillful communicator with advanced influencing skills that can transcend boundaries and work effectively across all levels of a complex organization.
- Ability to operate effectively and responsively in a fast changing, ambiguous environment, and deal with high pressure situations calmly and with energy and resilience while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently; a motivated self-starter, with good initiative and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability for critical thinking, displaying proactive and innovative approaches to work streams.
- Strong coaching and consulting competences.
- Up to 20%, dependent on Partnership Travel Guidelines
- Ability to work regularly outside of business hours sometimes in hazardous conditions
