This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service requestAs as Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support - Resolves post sales Technical Issues.
Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

Have at least a technical Diploma
Have at least 4 years of relevant work experience with significant experience in technical Support/ post sales support/ project management.
Have good experience in Oil & Gas industry with offshore experience.
Have experience with wellhead system, subsea production system and drilling system
Have sound experience in a client facing role
Be a successful written and verbal communicator. Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Have an effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
Be able to work both alone and as part of a diverse cultural team.
