- To ensure that all customers receive a consistently high-quality service by effectively managing and developing all available resources (staff, systems, processes) and ensuring that a strong customer focused service culture becomes entrenched in the branch.
- ·To proactively identify and assess the risk faced by the branch and maintain an effective system of controls
- To ensure the effective roll out of change management initiatives
- To maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards
- Keep abreast with trends within the local market
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- A Master degree in Business Administration or any relevant field would be an added advantage.
- Professional qualification would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification and work experience in a financial institution
- Ability to inspire, motivate, lead and manage team
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good planning, quantitative and analytical skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, firm and fair
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
- Proven knowledge of Branch Management, Branch operations and procedures, banking laws, rules and regulations
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgement

- Facilitate the implementation of internal control and risk management systems of the bank
- Undertake internal audit assignments
- Evaluate existing internal control system and make recommendations for improvement
- Carry out an investigate process in response to irregularities or procedural violations
- Any other assignment relevant to the role
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
