- A minimum of First Degree in a numerate discipline, plus a minimum of level 2 in any of the following, CIB - Ghana, ICA-GH or ACCA
- A minimum of 6 years of working experience in a financial institution, preferably in a rural bank with at least 3 years in a similar position
- Ability to prepare Bank of Ghana Prudential returns will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Temenos T24 Banking Application
- Good Understanding of Credit appraisal and operations of microfinance group lending methodologies
- Computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word)
