The Production Manager is responsible for the management of food production and all food production processes and systems. He/she is responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of all the industrial production processes and must organize and control production in the department to ensure efficiency, on-time delivery, within budget and required standard(s) of all products. He/she has the responsibility of maintaining high standards in the Production department and must follow organizational directives and policies to achieve the highest customer satisfaction through the consistent production of safe and quality meals, and the improvement of material efficiency and good employee morale. He/She must ensure on-time performance and effectiveness of all the sections in the Production department through defined and documented meal Production plans, procedures, controls and personnel management, whilst respecting the set values, standards, and norms of the Company, and guaranteeing strict application of all required QHSE and HACCP/CCP procedure in ensuring food safety.
