- Develop policies and strategies for preserving existing clients and working to develop their sales capabilities and market share
- Developing plans for promotion, advertising and sales offers
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Minimum of Degree in any discipline
- Working Experience: 5-7 years in sales management with experience in the beverage industry
