- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of strategy and plans as appropriate to the needs and objectives of the Company
- Handle TFM procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing and delivery of goods and services for the TFM Main office and Branches and follow up to ensure effective management and use
- Ensure prompt payment of suppliers who supply directly to The Farmer’s Market
- Ensure all TFM operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective with due consideration on value for money.
- Assist in banking; organizing petty cash; sourcing smaller denominations and distributing to shops; following up on use of disbursed cash and ensuring money is effectively used for requested purpose; compile receipts for purchases
- Support Retail, Assistant Retail and Branch Managers to organize and supervise an accurate stock, inventory and valuation at the end of every month or whenever deemed necessary by Management.
- Undertake stock audit at the end of stock taking exercise and where necessary, query Branches for shrinkages and other forms of adjustments including overages.
- Support weekly auditing of Whytebage International Limited invoices/bills
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for TFM to increase quality of customer service
- Monitor compliance with National laws and regulations by ensuring all legal and regulatory documentation are completed and submitted
- Assist in monthly performance scoring processes of the Branches and Managers by giving an unbiased report and ranking of goods and services
- Monitor and report on general operations; submit monthly documentation or reports to Management.
- Undertake roles as Branch Manager or e-commerce officer in their absence.
- Perform any other duties that may be required by Management or as related to administrative and operational functions.
