- Oversee lounge operations from opening to closing to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure ambiance, cleanliness, music, lighting, and general environment meet brand standards.
- Monitor floor activities and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and quality service.
- Supervise the head chef, waiters, hostesses, shisha attendants, and janitors
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and duty rosters.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate expectations, promotions, and service standards.
- Identify training needs and recommend coaching, refresher training, or disciplinary action where necessary.
- Support the HR Manager in onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional, responsive, and courteous service.
- Handle elevated customer complaints or service gaps professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements.
- Oversee stock levels for consumables, cleaning materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with procurement for replenishment and supplier follow-ups.
- Ensure proper handling of POS systems, sound systems, lighting equipment, and lounge assets
- Ensure all operational staff adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies.
- Prepare weekly operation reports.
- Maintain accurate records for stock, breakages, and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with management on strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Undertake any activity assigned by Management
