- Establish positioning, identify target clients, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote COA's herbal products.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Manage the creation of compelling marketing content, including digital campaigns, social media, print, and events.
- Oversee the development of branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute promotional activities that boost product visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations and tactics.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum Return On Investment (ROI) for all campaigns and initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in marketing approaches, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- 15-minute PowerPoint Presentation on your objectives for the company and how you will achieve your set objectives.
- Be willing to travel when duty calls.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Membership in the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, or herbal medicine industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
