We’re seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executive Interns at our Tema Branch. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, providing timely support, and building strong customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities
  • Regulate public access to the office.
  • Respond to enquiries from walk-in customers.
  • Ensure the branch has enough resources, i.e. stationery to support its operations.
  • Monitor to ensure that pickups are done on time.
  • Generate a waybill for retail customers.
  • Reconcile all retail transactions and provide a report on all outstanding retail transactions.
  • Ensure all customer funds are collected and remitted immediately after deliveries by collaborating with the account officer.

  • High National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any social science discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-2years of experience in customer service
  • Experience in the Logistics or Courier Sector will be a plus.
