Job Vacancy For Deputy Director of Services and Customer ExperienceApplications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill a vacancy in the post of Deputy Director of Services and Customer Experience in the Parliamentary service of Ghana.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Deputy Director of Services and Customer Experiences shall provide support to the clerk to Parliament and management of the service through the Director of Nutrition and Catering Services by performing the following duties.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality and hygienic meals and beverages to members to Parliament, staff and official guests
  • Oversee the presentation and serving of food under hygienic and conditions which comply with food safety and health requirements
  • Provide technical support in implementing diverse, nutritious and cost-effective menus tailored to the preferences and dietary needs of members and staff, while ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation
  • Assist in coordinating catering and hospitality services for official events, receptions and functions hosted by Parliament to ensure a seamless and professional experience
  • Ensure that staff of the unit maintain high standards of professionalism, hospitality and hygiene during food service
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the clerk to parliament.
Qualification Required & Experience
  • A good first degree in Culinary Arts, Catering Management or a relevant subject from a recognized university with a minimum of 9 years post qualification experience in nutrition and food production and a master's degree in the relevant subject with at least 3 years in a position analogous to Assistant Director I in a public service institution.
