- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while expanding opportunities with existing clients.
- Analyze potential product and customer needs to inform business growth.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to support new product development and resolve technical/commercial issues.
- Participate in bidding, tendering, and preparation of technical sales documents.
- Monitor competitor activity and ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain competitive.
- Represent the company in business meetings and accept frequent overseas business trips.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in power AMI, distribution products, water/gas meters, or communication modules.
- Strong industry network and resources in the Ghana power/utilities market.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Target-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in closing high-value sales.
- Willingness to undertake frequent international business travel.
