- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital social media, print and other channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including email marketing and social media
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, ads, emails and promotional materials
- Organise and coordinate events, trade shows and product launches
- Oversee branding, advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights and competitive analysis
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media and strategic partners
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies and best practice
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and content marketing
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc)
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve business challenges
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and campaigns effectively
