Candidates must be based in or near Spintex, Accra, with a reliable means of commuting.RESPONSIBILITIIESCoordinate bookings, guest communication, check-ins/check-outsLiaise with cleaners, maintenance, and service providersEnsure smooth day-to-day operations and timely responses to guest inquiriesManage calendars, appointments, travel bookings, and daily remindersOrganise documents, handle email correspondence, and follow up on tasksAssist with errands, purchases, and general personal organisationServe as a point of contact for family members or business associates as neededProvide regular updates on ongoing tasks and status reportsREQUIREMENTSProven experience in administration, hospitality, or personal assistancePrior experience with Airbnb or short-term rental management is highly desirableStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishTech-savvy – comfortable using email, booking platforms, and productivity toolsMust be based in or near Spintex, Accra and available to work in personA valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a plus (not mandatory)Experience supporting or working with individuals managing chronic conditions (e.g. anaemia or Sickle Cell Anaemia) is an added advantageProfessionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence are essential
