- Lead the development, implementation and management of corporate digital marketing strategy and activities
- Digital marketing strategy - develop the company's digital marketing strategy in line with its business goals
- Content Management - create and manage content for the company's digital channels
- Client Engagement - communicate with online stakeholders, respond to client across all digital channels
- Brand Management - develop appropriate brand awareness campaigns to ensure that the company's brand stays positive, authentic and attractive to its target market
- Capacity Building - develop and organise appropriate training sessions and workshops periodically
- Management Reporting - conduct appropriate online research, monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, track key performance indicators and report on ROI
- Any other responsibilities relating to the digital marketing space that management may assign from time to time
- A good BSc, degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing at organisational or agency level
- Strong in-depth understanding of digital media platforms with specific proof of their familiarity
- Must have working experience in the use of creative design tools and mobile image editing Apps
- Excellent communication skills in writing and a good eye for creative artwork assessment
- Experience in creative writing, graphic design and photography skills would be an added advantage
