Human Resources Manager - Quickfix Fertility Services

• Develop human resource plans for the organisation in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
• Identify future leaders and assess their talent development needs.
• Monitor and manage development plans for staff and identify training needs and resources to improve performance.
• Recruit high-calibre candidates for the organization
• Put in place mechanisms to retain high-performing staff, by working with respective unit heads
• Work with managers and staff to determine their training needs in alignment with the development needs of the organisation.
• Work with management staff to develop and implement appropriate training for employees
• Ensure all methods of practice and/or work performance conform to established written policies and procedures
• Work with management and staff to build and maintain an appropriate workplace culture
• Work with management to ensure staff welfare and mental health
• Conduct needs assessment to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

• Minimum of a good first degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• A Master's Degree in Human Resources Management would be an advantage
• At least a minimum of 5 years plus experience as an HR Manager
• A professional qualification in HR is essential
• Good knowledge of the Ghana Labour laws.
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
