- Generate & Communicate business development strategies and sales & marketing targets for the region, including but not limited to:
- Actively and proactively acquiring new clients & self-generating qualified leads through direct solicitation, cold-calling, strategic marketing and business development practices. Identify new areas of opportunity for potential growth.
- Provide market exposure and represent the Company at industry-related events, effectively networking with and educating clients and groups about solar energy solutions.
- Development and deployment of an initiative to provide financially-marketable
- Maintain a prospect database and communicate relevant project information to them
- Effectively apply and enforce Company standards, policies & procedures.
- 1 year of Marketing/sales / business development specific to the roofing sheet industry.
- 1+ year of finance / business development in other industries. (construction-related preferred).
- In-depth &business acumen and the ability to prepare an estimate.
- Excellent communications & customer service skills; ability to conduct a “crucial conversation”.
