Africa Sales Academy (ASA) is partnering with AIDEC Digital to train and deploy Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as part of a broader initiative to help Ghanaian businesses grow revenue, build pipeline, and strengthen their go-to-market capabilities.We’re looking for high-potential individuals who are hungry to learn, ready to work, and excited to be part of a real-world sales experience that makes an impact.What You'll Be DoingAs an SDR on this project, you'll:

Learn and apply outbound sales strategies
Conduct research to identify target prospects
Send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
Follow up with prospects to book qualified sales meetings
Track outreach and performance using CRM tools

Who We’re Looking For

Early-career professionals or recent graduates based in Ghana

Available to work part-time or full-time from mid-Nov 2025

Location: In-person (Accra) with some virtual activities ( Cohort training will mainly be virtual )Stipend: Performance-based with training included
