· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Ghana.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers as well as embassies to ensure repeat business and referrals.
· Provide tailored consultation to individual clients, embassies and corporate customers understanding their mobility needs and recommending appropriate Mercedes-Benz solutions.
· Lead negotiations and close high-value vehicle sales while ensuring alignment with company pricing policies and brand standards.
· Coordinate with the Aftersales team to ensure a seamless and premium customer journey.
· Stay updated on new models, features, and market trends to better serve clients and outpace competition.
· Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
· Prepare and present periodic sales reports and customer feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
· Represent CFAO Mobility at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements to promote the Mercedes-Benz brand.
· Always maintain confidentiality and ensure customers are dealt in a professional manner.
· Fulfil the duties assigned in strict adherence to the company's compliance rules.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the company
- A degree or a recognized qualification / certificate in marketing with at least 5 years relevant experience in either sales or business development
- Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of premium/luxury customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, personal presentation, and integrity.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Ability to think strategically and radically to break patterns.
- Ability and the desire to sell.
- Willingness to learn and apply new sales techniques.
- Ability to work with all types of personalities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite application.
- Ability to build commitment to the job and the organization.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
