The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is based in Accra, Ghana, and allows for some work-from-home flexibility.[ad]Qualifications
  • Skills in identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Customer service and satisfaction-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with the recycling industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
