Job Vacancy For Internal Audit And Compliance ManagerA leading company in the Food and Beverage industry is looking for an enterprising, innovative, analytical, management team player, with leadership qualities to drive its corporate vision.Qualification Required & Experience

First & Post Graduate degree / professional qualification in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
At least 8 years post qualification work experience in a reputable audit firm.
International working experience is an added advantage
Must have a strong analytical, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
Be energetic, proactive, dedicated, performance-driven and capable of working under pressure
Must have a proven problem-solving ability
Must be FULLY COMPUTER-LITERATE
Must be a between 40-45 YEARS
Must have a valid driver's license

KEY COMPETENCIES

Demonstrate a full understanding of good corporate governance.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Demonstrate good working knowledge of accounting software.
Must possess strong knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), monitoring, internal management controls and evaluation.
Ability to develop and implement policies that aligns with corporate strategy.
Demonstrate ability to coordinate activities of regulators and stakeholders as well as departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and logistics.
