Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support business growth
  • Take full accountability for meeting assigned revenue and collection targets for clients
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of clients businesses, value drivers and relevant operational issues to support accurate and collections forecasting
  • Identify and prospect new clients through channels such as cold calling, networking and industry events
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
  • Assess client needs and objectives to recommend tailored digital media solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including line managers, creative teams and project leads to deliver high-quality services that exceed client expectations
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and contract documents to prospective clients
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Track, analyze and report sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts and client feedback
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance sales processes, improve customer experience and boost overall business performance
  • Identify risks that may impact the achievement of annual targets and collaborate with the General Manager to address them promptly
Qualification Required & Experience
  • Experience working in the media industry
  • Familiarity with digital media platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of success in digital media sales or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, technologies and trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota and revenue expectations
  • Proven experience in planning, executing and delivery of Sales strategies
  • Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication
  • Experience with financial management including budget planning and preparation of quarterly reports

  • Revenue Generation: Achievement of media sales
  • Client Retention Rate: Measure of how many existing clients are retained over a effectiveness of relationship management strategies.
  • New Client Acquisition: Number of new clients acquired within a given period, demonstrating the ability to expand the client base
  • Sales Pipeline Health: Monitoring the volume and progress of potential sales opportunities in the pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of prospects for future revenue
  • Customer Satisfaction: Feedback from clients on the quality of service provided, indicating the level of satisfaction and likelihood of repeat business
  • Collection Efficiency: Timeliness and effectiveness of collecting payments from clients, ensuring minimal outstanding balances
  • Sales Conversion Rate: Ratio of successful sales to the total number of sales opportunities, highlighting the effectiveness of sales efforts
  • Market Share Growth: Increase in the company’s market share within the digital media industry, demonstrating competitiveness and market penetration
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Measure of collaboration and synergy within the sales team, fostering teamwork and maximizing collective performance
