- Identify, secure and implement new business opportunities and strategies, promoting Brainwave's comprehensive suite of technology solutions and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realised.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Liaise with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in providing clients solutions
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Generate, follow up and close up sales leads
- Prepare quotes, invoice, delivery notes, minutes and follow-ups (as required for specific business meetings)
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and develop tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Oversee sales bid exercises
- Respond to request for quotations (RFQs) from clients
- Engage in continuous professional development
- Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
- Any other duties assigned
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience with an OEM
- Strong knowledge of the Ghanaian business landscape and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
