- The Human Resource & Administration Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, training and labour relations and continuous focus on efficiency and process improvement on administration
- Actively managing recruitment process
- Developing and documenting HR policies
- Managing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Developing and maintaining performance appraisal system – Utilizing tools as appropriate
- Ensuring the implementation of staff policies, procedures and practices to comply with local regulatory employment and labour laws amongst other duties
- A degree in Human Resource Management or closely related discipline
- 3+ years work experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector
