- Preparing and presenting staffing and sales reports
- Handling administration and paperwork
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation and guidelines
- Overseeing stock levels
- Control cost and minimise waste
- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
- Managing employees
- Any other duties as assigned by CEO
- Minimum of First degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related field
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Experience with long shifts
- Financial literacy
- Ability to operate POS (point of sale) systems, back office systems and restaurant operating systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Organisational skills
