Job Vacancy For General ManagerA leading company in the hospitality industry is looking for an enterprising, innovative, analytical, management team player, with leadership qualities, to drive its corporate vision: General ManagerQualification Required & Experience

First & Postgraduate degree / professional qualification in administration
At least 10 years experience in a similar management position in a large institution
Must have strong analytical, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
Be energetic, proactive, dedicated, performance-driven and capable of working under pressure
Must have a proven problem-solving ability
Must be FULLY COMPUTER-LITERATE
Must be a FEMALE ABOVE 40 YEARS
must have a valid driving License

KEY COMPETENCIES

Demonstrate a full understanding of good corporate governance
Demonstrate sound working understanding in management areas such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Production etc
Ability to develop and implement policies that align with corporate strategy
Demonstrate ability to coordinate activities of businesses ordepartments concerned with the production, pricing, sales' or distribution of products.
