- Maintain website content via Content Management System (CMS) and/or XML ingestion.
- Update all web pages, newsletters through a combination of online editorial tools and/or direct HTML manipulation.
- Plan and manage all digital marketing, including Email/SMS, Search, Influencers, social, display & video campaigns
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize - design, messaging, spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and partners to create digital solutions such as landing pages, Newsletter templates, AR Filters, Bots and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and optimize end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Direct global innovative e-business projects - strategic business case development, project selection, piloting, and implementation.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective on marketing, tech and communications.

- 5 to 8 years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with social media, Google Ads, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
