This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Accra.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, training and supporting the sales team, developing customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies.
Daily tasks include interacting with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualification Required & Experience

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales and Sales Management experience
Experience in Training and supporting sales teams
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
