Restaurant Staff (Driver, Waitresses and Sales Girls)

• Conduct sales and deliver orders made.

• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

• Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.

• Process customer bills or payments.

• Write food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.

• Ensure internal rules and regulations of the restaurant are adhered to.

• Serve food and beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.

• Present and answer questions about the menu items, making recommendations upon request.

• Clean tables or counters every now and then, and chill bottles of the needed drinks.

• Roll silverware, set up food stations or dining areas in readiness to receive customers.

• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters; take them to kitchen for cleaning.

• Escort customers to their tables.

• Assist customers with seating arrangements.

• Provide guests with information about local areas, including giving directions.

• Assist dispatch riders to package and transport the right orders to customers.

• Any other related tasks as may be assigned by your superiors.
