Job DescriptionPurposeWe are looking for an experienced Operational Officer to oversee our daily operations in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the high standards of our industry. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the FMCG industry, we would love to hear from you.Essential DutiesThe Accountant performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department including:

Oversee daily operations.
Analyze and improve operational processes.
Work closely with other departments.
Ensure products are delivered on time.
Identify and resolve operational issues.
Ensure health and safety standards are met.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Maintains inventory records and conduct regular stock taking.
Lead and motivate the operations team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to prepare and present reports to senior management.
