  • Participate in a structured training program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, customer relationship management, and company policies.
  • Shadow experienced sales team members to learn best practices and gain practical experience.
Sales Activities:
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads and prospects.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information about products or services.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Customer Interaction:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in organizing and managing sales-related documentation and reports.
