- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with account opening, mobile banking registration, and other agency banking services.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily cash balances.
- Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital banking options.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the branch supervisor.
- Safeguard cash, customer information, and company assets in line with company policy.
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Banking, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in agency banking, retail banking, or customer service.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software.
- Should be residing around Amasaman, Pokuasi, Ofankor Barrier, Mile 7, Achimota, Sowutuom, and the surrounding areas.
