About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focusedAgency Banking Teller to join our team in Amasaman, Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out banking transactions, managing customer accounts, and providing quality customer service in accordance with company and banking regulations.Key Responsibilities
  • Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with account opening, mobile banking registration, and other agency banking services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily cash balances.
  • Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital banking options.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the branch supervisor.
  • Safeguard cash, customer information, and company assets in line with company policy.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Banking, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agency banking, retail banking, or customer service.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software.
Candidates Location:
  • Should be residing around Amasaman, Pokuasi, Ofankor Barrier, Mile 7, Achimota, Sowutuom, and the surrounding areas.
Compensation:Starting salary of GHC1,500 per month.Other Benefits
