- Prepare all Group reports for review and submission by CFO
- Prepare notes for Group reports in the FCCS on monthly basis
- Prepare, validate and send GDPC returns on monthly basis
- Lead the preparation of Board papers
- Prepare weekly management reports with ratios and analysis
- Manage the timely production, coordination, review, preparation, and submission of financial and economic regulatory returns for BGSL financial regulatory reports to Bank of Ghana (BoG)
- Support the collation of monthly regulatory reporting by planning, coordinating, facilitating, and assisting with the submission for all regulatory credit and operational risk returns
- Plan and coordinate ad-hoc regulatory reporting changes, new requirements, and projects
- Manage systems and processes required for successful compilation and submission of regulatory returns
- Be the finance lead for implementation and set-up of reporting systems such as ORASS and DAR.
- Review team output to provide useful and insightful information based on regulatory returns
- Establish a safeguarding culture across all levels of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
- Minimum bachelor’s/master’s in finance or accounting or relevant subjects.
- Recognized Professional Qualification on Finance and Accounting such as ICA Ghana, ACCA or CPA is preferred.

- 10 years of relevant work experience, 5 of which should have been a senior management position in a similar organisation
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Experience with managing complex reporting, budgeting, audit and compliance in INGO with multiple country orientation
