Job Vacancy For Human Resource Manager

• Responsible for the strategic development of the human capital of the business in line with the strategic plan of the company
• Oversee the development and implementation of the organisation performance management program
• Provide leadership for the full scope of all functions within the Human Resource Department
• Initiate and lead the implementation of human resource projects across the business
• Play the role of a key negotiator and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes with negotiations with the Labour Union

• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 8 years of experience working in a similar role, 5 of which must be in a Senior management position in a highly matrixed organisation
• Professional certification in either CIHRM, CIPD, SPHRi.

• Appreciable knowledge of human resource management in the pharmaceutical or allied industries
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of modern trends and development in human resource management - nationally and globally
• In-depth working knowledge of the labour laws of Ghana

• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good project management skills
• Proficient in the use of human resource management systems and software
• Ability to develop and implement relevant human resource policies and procedures
