- Develop medium and long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, develop and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers.
- Establishes sales prices and responds to calls for tenders on large IPs with the approval of the RBM.
- He/She is responsible for his strategy and pricing for the PMPI.
- Ensure compliance with AO prices when invoicing and payment of invoices by customers on due dates.
- Summarize these different tasks in the weekly reporting to be sent to the hierarchy every Monday.
- Provide after-sales service if necessary (disputes, organization of training)
- Identify and manage interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross-sell/upgrade and repeat opportunities.
- Resolve issues and ensure customers receive high-quality customer service.
- Develop customer retention and growth plans and strategies to grow profitable businesses with assigned accounts.
- Responsible for the proper stock rotation and works with the Supply Chain Manager for the effective withdrawal of orders from plantations.
- Establishes forecasts that he communicates with the supply Chain Manager to ensure the orders and production of necessary stocks (bags, materials, products, etc.
- Ensure a watch of the sector (new sectors, newcomers, financial health of actors, export prices of productions, etc.
- Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends Holders of this specialization can sell directly to the end buyer or indirectly through distribution partners.
- Organize and follow up with the R&D departments the implementation of trials.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures in terms of: internal regulations, SHE, information security, procedures; Reporting, travel, leave, missions, loan request, representation expenses, justification of any absences and any other procedures brought to your attention by the management.
- At least 3+ years of experience in similar role .
- Experience in Plantation is an added advantage.
- Business analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes, identify improvement areas, and analyse user requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural/Industrial Engineering or Commercial.
- Technical background: Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to the ERP system
- Able to tackle complex problems effectively and adapt to fast-paced development environments.
- A strong leader and has the ability to mentor junior consultants.
- Able to Master sales techniques and adaptability.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving person: Exceptional ability to analyse complex requirements, identify potential bottlenecks, and devise effective solutions. Strong debugging skills to efficiently resolve issues in the development process.
