- Develop and execute a hospitality sales plan to grow listings, visibility, and volume for the Pernod Ricard and Spier Wines portfolios.
- Manage and grow relationships with key hospitality accounts nationwide.
- Proactively identify and secure new premium hospitality clients.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with both expatriate and Ghanaian decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and activation agreements to strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with marketing on brand activations and tailored hospitality promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience selling into the hospitality sector (hotels, lodges, resorts, or luxury leisure).
- Demonstrated success managing accounts for premium alcohol, wine, spirits, or luxury FMCG brands.
- Experience working for an international company or dealing with expatriate decision-makers.
- Strong existing network within Ghana’s premium hospitality sector.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Ghana.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
