- Responsible for developing and onboarding medium to large-scale FMCG distributors within assigned regions;
- Track distributor sales performance to ensure timely product delivery and market penetration targets;
- Organize promotional campaigns, provide marketing materials, and conduct policy or product training regularly.
- Regularly visit small retail shops, convenience stores, and roadside vendors to ensure product visibility and activation;
- Assist in shelf arrangement, stock replenishment, POP display setup, and gather market feedback from storeowners.
- Based on company targets, formulate and execute personal customer visit plans;
- Submit weekly reports and regularly update on sales figures and local market dynamics.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, channel presence, and customer preferences;
- Share insights with the marketing team and provide improvement suggestions to enhance sales performance.
- Minimum of a college diploma (HND or above); majors in marketing, business administration, or economics preferred.
- Preferably 1+ years of experience in FMCG or daily-use product sales (e.g., beverages);
- Applicants without experience but with strong communication and learning abilities will also be considered.
- Must have fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written (for client meetings and email correspondence)
- Knowledge of local languages such as Twi, Ga, or Ewe is a strong advantage, especially for outreach in suburban/rural areas.
- Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and stress resilience;
- Willingness to travel and work in the field; strong team spirit;
- Basic computer literacy (Word and Excel).
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (half day)
- Public Holidays: Off
