- Lead sales for elevators and custom metal fabrication at Ghana.
- Build and manage client pipeline across Ghana and West Africa.
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and developers to secure projects.
- Coordinate with technical teams and subcontractors for smooth installations.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visit sites for measurements and monitor project progress.
- Maintain records of sales, quotations, and opportunities.
- Support marketing through presentations, demos, and events.
- Prepare regular sales and market trend reports for management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Mechanical/Civil Engineering prefered
- Diploma or certification in Technical Sales, Construction, or Fabrication accepted with relevant experience
- 5–10 years of sales experience in elevators, metalwork, or building materials
- Experience in West Africa or the Middle East is a plus
- Familiar with CAD and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
