- Performance management of Factory Employees
- Conduct job analysis for each job to know the worth and associated reward
- Compensation management: Management of salaries and wages for the employees
- Negotiations with the job union to arrive at consensus and frame a draft agreement
- Need to play a key role in Forecasting the Labour requirements and plan them accordingly
- Implement Training programs to ensure employee growth and development
- Ensure the safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
- Should have prior knowledge in working with ISO and other safety related fields
- 5 - 6 years experience working in a Manufacturing industry
- Minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management, Professional certification and a Master's in the advertised field will be an added advantage
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Labour Management
- Knowledge of HRIS, its application and use in payroll management
