- The purpose of the sales and marketing manager role is to research and develops various marketing strategies for products and services.
- implements marketing plans, work to meet sales quotas, tracks marketing and sales data and identify areas of improvement
- The incumbent will work closely with the CEO to achieve organizational goals
- Develop research-based sales and marketing strategies and implement them across multiple channels
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients using customer service approaches
- Work to meet sales quotas and track sales data
- Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can improve marketing and sales performance
- Lead to the development, execution and tracking of annual operating plans
- Create and present regular and adhoc performance reports
- Help develop relevant policies for sales and marketing and ensure operational compliance
- Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as needed
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field
- Certification or on a certification path in professional sales and marketing will be preferred
- Candidates should have at least two years experience in a sales and marketing and superb attention to detail
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications - Word, Excel& PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit - Self-driven and has a 'can -do' attitude. Signifies enthusiasm and charisma in their delivery
