- This role requires aligning human capital strategies with the organization's business objectives, managing various talent and creating a supportive work environment to achieve optimum performance and productivity
- A successful candidate shall have a strategic oversight and direction for all administrative and support services of the company. The role in central to ensuring efficient oorganisational operations, effective internal service delivery and a well-coordinated workplace environment
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration with Human Resource option, or a related field
- A professional HR certification (e.g, CIPD, SHRM, SPHR is required)
- A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 10 years in a senior management or leadership role in a reputable organization
- In-depth knowledge of Ghana's labour laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in organizational development, talent management and change leadership
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the energy sector is desirable
