JOB PURPOSEThe successful applicant shall be responsible for executing the Fixed broadband Sales strategy process in assigned region or zone whilst ensuring and maintaining positive revenue growth year on year. The role reports to the Zonal Manager.ROLE SPECIFIC
  • Recruits, motivates team to reduce fixed agent attrition and drives productivity.
  • Manages the daily routes, movement and activities of the team.
  • Ensures and maintains adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Upsells and cross sells Organization’s products to customers.
  • Own, monitors and tracks all sales made by sales agents through the standard operations model.
  • Ensures a minimum active freelancer agent number of 4 per month.
[ad]Required Skills or ExperienceMINIMUM QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any related field.
  • 2 – 5 years in Telecoms/ FMCG experience with specialisation in any sales area.
  • Excellent computer knowledge.
