Job Vacancy For Production Manager

• To ensure the efficient and timely production of quarry products by planning, organizing and controlling production in an organization to ensure that quarry products are produced efficiently, on time and within budget and to standard.

• Ensure Production planning by ensuring that the Quarry's production levels are effectively maintained and as per standard requirement.
• Plan a production schedule for the jobs on site, implement and control the production schedule and review and adjust the schedule where needed.
• Determine the material resources required and manage to meet production targets
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to and product quality standards are monitored
• Performing Supervisory roles of all field staff, company procedures and compliance to company roles, policies and agreements
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Conducting Financial Cost Management tasks by estimatingand settingproduction costs and budgets and implementing cost control programs
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management

• Minimum of 5 years full time experience in similar role
• Professional Degree, preferably in Construction related fields
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques
• Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
