- To build the product and corporate brand.

- To carry out competitor mapping and analysis
- To provide quality weekly and monthly business reports to line managers
- Present and sell company products to medical professionals.
- Responding to sales enquiries and making follow-ups.
- Prospect for new business through cold calls, appointments and planned visits.
- Negotiates for contracts and orders on behalf of the company and ensures prompt delivery.
- Collection of money for all sales made
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase opportunities for the company in the medical and healthcare sector.
- Conduct product detailing to doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other staff members in the healthcare sector.
- Organize and make product and corporate presentations to the medical fraternity.
- Developing and sustaining the market and the interface between the market and the company
- Establishing a strong customer network
- Facilitating customer complaints with the CRM Team.
- Effective Customer Engagement with customers to highlight the benefits of our products and drive customer profitability.
- Attends professional association gatherings so as to showcase company products.
- Conduct mini product launches when necessary.
- Planning marketing communication i.e. advertising, public relations, sales promotion.
- Carry out prescription pattern audits and competitor intelligence collection and update the company.
- Gathers and analyze information through market intelligence and provide advice to guide the company’s strategic decisions.
- Train members of the medical fraternity on company products.
- Carry out prescription audits and competitor intelligence collection and continuously update the company
- Carry out market surveillance and provide timely advise to the company
- Building and maintaining a positive and lasting working relationship with the medical fraternity.
