- To advice members on their internal industrial relations practices and labour issues
- Conduct collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of members and clients
- Provide advisory services/support to members on general conditions fo employment
- Undertake research into particular industrial relations issues
- Represent members and/or clients at the National Labour Commission
- Facilitate settlement/resolution of industrial disputes between members and their unions and workers
- Maintain up to date information on legistative industrial relations
- Recruit new members for the association
- Visit new members/liaison with associations
- Must possess a minimum of Masters Degree in Social Science or Law or related field with 5 years post qualification experience in HRM and in-depth knowledge on industrial relations in Ghana
- Lawyers with at least 2 years experience at the bar can apply
- Must be a team player, organized and enthusiastic with relevant experience in negotiations, labour issues, trade union activities among others
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate
