Job DescriptionReddington Farms is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee our pig farming and aquaculture (catfish) operations. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong farm management expertise, animal husbandry skills and leadership abilities to drive operational success.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily farm operations, including pig farming and catfish aquaculture.
Develop business strategies to improve farm profitability and marketability of products.
Implement best practices in animal husbandry, fish farming and sustainable agriculture.
Supervise crop cultivation for livestock feed production and commercial purposes.
Develop and implement sustainable farming practices, such as organic composting, water recycling and regenerative agriculture.
Plan seasonal planting and harvesting schedules to maximize yield and efficiency.
Manage and train farm workers to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Maintain farm records, inventory and budgets using farm management software.
Monitor animal health, water quality and farm hygiene to optimize yield and quality.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, biosecurity measures and safety standards.
Plan and execute strategies to improve production, profitability and sustainability.
Collaborate with veterinarians, suppliers and industry experts to enhance farm performance.
