Job DescriptionOur client, Ghana's leading real estate developer is seeking seasoned leader for the position of General Manager- Real Estate & Construction reporting directly to the CEO in Accra.[WPSM_AC id=8719]JOB ALERTS:Key Accountabilities

Overall responsibility for executing the company's developments strategy – managing staff, processes and resources to drive long term growth and sustainable profit.
Managing the different functional teams to maximise profit; Sales & Customer service, Letting, Marketing, Facilities, Construction and Finance
Developing and implementing operational procedures to track business KPIs
Working with CEO and Head of Sales to develop annual and quarterly revenue targets
Ensuring marketing plans are delivered on schedule and within budget to meet objective

Qualification Required & Experience

12- 15 years of Managerial experience in Real Estate or Construction Industry
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing or Engineering
